These samples show off our old prototype – The TangibleFX Cap.

We’ve tried a variety of things – but everything here has been made with a guitar and the hat – mostly from using the hat’s volume expression and echo effects. We’ve experimented with an external ringshifter and microphaser in two of the samples, but everything else is raw, straight from the hat and guitar!

These effects are triggered from head movement, so as you’re playing, moving your head adds or removes the effects, or triggers an event like loop start / stop. Sound mad? Just have a quick listen and hopefully it’ll make more sense.
